Your privacy is important to us. This document sets forth the SquareAnswer™ Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) for the following SquareAnswer™ web sites: squareanswer.com and imarealperson.com  By visiting either of these web sites, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Gathering and Use of Information

We do not collect personally identifiable information from you, other than what you supply to us on a voluntary basis.

On ImaRealPerson.com™ we collect the following information about people who prove that they are a real person:

• Email Address – We collect your email address automatically when you visit the site.

• Subject Key – We request and collect a “Subject Key” from you when you register as a sender on the site.  Providing a Subject Key is voluntary. The subject key is an alphanumeric, 8-digit string of characters which is public, i.e., it is not a password and is not intended to be or kept confidential. If a Subject Key is voluntarily included in the subject of a message sent by an individual registered at ImaRealPerson.com, messages sent by this individual to recipients protected by any SquareAnswer™ system will automatically be delivered.  If no Subject Key is present in the subject, senders will be required to prove that they are a real person.

From time to time we may have contests or sweepstakes. In order to participate in these activities, you might be asked to provide some personally identifiable information.  We will not willfully disclose your personal information to any third party without first receiving your permission.  We may use your personally identifiable information for internal and marketing promotional purposes; however, we will always explain the extent of its use at the time you are asked to provide personal information.

Tracking and Use of Cookies

A “cookie” is a piece of information that a web site sends to your browser, which then stores this information on your system.  We only use temporary cookies, meaning that our web site will be able to “remember” information about you and your preferences until you exit your current browser window.  Cookies contain no more information than you volunteer and they are not able to “invade” your hard drive or return other information from your cookie.  We do not sell information collected by cookies, nor do we use the information for commerce-related purposes.

You can change your Subject Key at any time by visiting ImaRealPerson.com. We do not make the change without verifying your identity.

For personal information we may have obtained in relation to a contest or sweepstakes, you may request to change this information by sending an email to: privacyofficer@squareanswer.com. To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before making corrections.
